By accessing and using the DigiWallet Payment Integration service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DigiWallet Payment Integration is a payment processing service that integrates with GoHighLevel to enable payments through the Telepin/DigiWallet payment system. The Service allows you to:

• Process payments through DigiWallet
• Manage payment transactions
• Handle subscriptions and recurring payments
• Process refunds
• Integrate payment functionality with your GoHighLevel account

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid GoHighLevel account
• Have a valid DigiWallet account or access to DigiWallet services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register through GoHighLevel Marketplace and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate

5. Payment Processing

5.1 Payment Methods

Our Service processes payments through the DigiWallet/Telepin system. Payment processing is subject to:

• DigiWallet/Telepin terms and conditions
• GoHighLevel payment policies
• Applicable financial regulations

5.2 Transaction Fees

Transaction fees, if any, are determined by DigiWallet/Telepin and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Payment Authorization

By initiating a payment, you authorize us to process the transaction through DigiWallet/Telepin. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds and authorization to complete transactions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to process fraudulent or illegal transactions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit viruses or malicious code
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any illegal purpose or to solicit illegal activity
• To violate any laws or regulations
• To infringe upon the rights of others
• To transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages (DigiWallet, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for losses resulting from payment processing failures
• We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party service outages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Refunds and Disputes

Refund requests must be processed through GoHighLevel and DigiWallet/Telepin according to their respective policies. We facilitate refund processing but are not responsible for refund decisions made by payment processors.

Payment disputes should be resolved through the appropriate payment processor's dispute resolution process.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Notifying users through GoHighLevel (if applicable)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Belize.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service.
